To keep our apartments comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted. Thank you for understanding.

Relax & respect your neighbours

Enjoy your stay and keep noise considerate, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Keep indoor spaces smoke-free

Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartments. If smoking outdoors, keep clear of doors and windows and dispose of cigarette ends safely.

Stay with your booked group

Please keep overnight guests within the confirmed booking: up to 2 guests in a one-bedroom, 4 in a two-bedroom and 6 in a three-bedroom apartment. Ask us before inviting additional visitors.

Make yourself at home

Please care for the furniture and facilities, leave dishes clean and place rubbish in the provided bins. Let us know promptly about any damage or maintenance issue so we can assist.

Enjoy the braai safely

Use the designated braai area and keep fires attended. Please make sure the fire is fully extinguished after use and supervise children around hot surfaces.

Leave with peace of mind

When heading out or checking out, secure the doors and windows and follow the key-return instructions shared with your booking. Please check for personal belongings before you leave.

Cancel your accommodation or activity booking free of charge and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled booking, including your deposit. There is no cancellation fee or advance-notice deadline.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp at +264 81 224 6311 with your name and booking reference. Tell us which booking you wish to cancel, and we’ll confirm your cancellation and arrange your full refund.

Refund processing

We acknowledge cancellation requests within 2 business days and process your full refund within 7 business days of receiving your request and the necessary payment details. Refunds go to the original payer using the original payment method where possible; any alternative is agreed with you. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds. Business days exclude weekends and Namibian public holidays.

Prefer to change your dates?

Contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you find alternative dates, subject to availability. Any difference in the booking price will be confirmed before you agree to the change.

If we cancel

If we cannot provide your booked accommodation or activity, you may choose an alternative offered to you or receive a 100% refund for the affected booking.

Your deposit amount is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Keep your booking reference handy so we can assist you quickly.

Are the prices per person or per accommodation?

The displayed nightly rate is for the selected accommodation: N$1,170 for one bedroom, N$1,980 for two bedrooms and N$2,780 for three bedrooms. Tell us your guest count when enquiring so we can confirm the right stay.

How do I book?

Select your accommodation, dates and guest count in the enquiry form. Send the prepared message on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability and your final quote, then provide the payment and booking confirmation details.

Are activities included in the nightly rate?

The displayed rates are for accommodation. Activity prices are listed above. Activities are charged separately from accommodation; confirm availability and your total with our team.

The website sends a booking enquiry. Availability and your reservation are confirmed directly by our team before your booking is final.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

We will confirm the deposit amount and payment instructions on WhatsApp when you enquire about your dates, before you make payment.

Can I cancel, and do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer free cancellation and a 100% refund of payments for your cancelled booking, including your deposit, with no cancellation fee or advance-notice deadline. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your request and necessary payment details. Read our cancellation and refund policy.
